Membership Agreement

1- This agreement informs users about the conditions for benefiting from Yourdomain.com, membership requirements, the rules to be applied, and the prohibited behaviors on the site. Users agree to comply with this document.

2- By using Yourdomain.com, you are considered to have read and accepted our KVKK Consent Agreement and Privacy Policies, along with this agreement.

3- Members and guest users of Yourdomain.com are considered to have accepted in advance that they will follow all the rules specified on the site and use it appropriately, avoiding any illegal or unethical behavior.

4- Products and Services:

The products listed in the services section of Yourdomain.com are products and services for sale, and Yourdomain.com reserves the right to modify or remove them. Sales transactions are conducted as contracts of work. No refunds will be provided for completed transactions, but grievances will be evaluated and addressed. Our services are generally related to enhancing engagement on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook via likes, followers, comments, etc., as well as other customized online activities. Our service agreement aims to support the growth of our client's online presence while ensuring full and complete payment for the services received.

5- Shopping Terms:

Services and related fees are listed in the services section of Yourdomain.com. Purchase processes are conducted by adding the product to the cart, confirming the purchase conditions, and making payments via our payment partners like "PayTR Payment" or "Papara Electronic Money Institution". The service is completed within 2 business days after payment. Payments can also be made via bank transfer, and transactions are considered confirmed once the relevant documentation is sent. Once payment is made, the balance is loaded into the user's account. Refunds for purchased services are not provided. Any balance left in the user's account after completing a service can be used for future purchases.

6- Members confirm that they are fully capable adults over 18 years old by accessing and using the site.

7- If the requested product cannot be provided, alternative services will be offered to the user or a similar service of equal value may be provided.

8- After placing an order, members lose the right to make changes once preparations have begun.

9- Users agree not to use hate speech or offensive language in communications with customer support. If this occurs, Yourdomain.com reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user's account.

10- Yourdomain.com has the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service, either partially or entirely, without prior notice.

13- Intellectual property rights for all design elements, software, and other works on Yourdomain.com belong to Yourdomain.com. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

15- If any incorrect information is detected, Yourdomain.com reserves the right to delete the account. Any active orders will be completed, and the account will then be removed.

16- The address provided by the member is considered the official address for all legal correspondence. Any changes must be reported within two business days.

17- Members are personally responsible for all activities conducted using their account. They are also responsible for any legal procedures that arise if they share their account with third parties.

18- Members must keep their account passwords confidential. Yourdomain.com is not liable for damages resulting from the disclosure of passwords to third parties.

19- Yourdomain.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from delays. However, in the event of a delay, Yourdomain.com will take necessary actions to resolve the issue.

20- Shopping transactions are carried out through third-party applications. The process is considered complete after the payment is successfully processed.

21- Misuse and Malicious Actions:

If a member or user engages in any harmful activity targeting Yourdomain.com or its assets, their account will be terminated immediately, and legal action will be taken.

22- Copyrights:

All graphic designs, services, and domain names at Yourdomain.com are owned by Yourdomain.com. Unauthorized use will result in account termination and legal action for compensation.

23- All services provided are subject to changes or modifications based on social media platform updates, policy changes, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, no compensation, refund, or order cancellation will be provided.

24- Authorized Courts:

All disputes arising from activities on Yourdomain.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices in Konya, Turkey.
